  • Sandwich Maker

    The sandwich maker is our food master, essential employee for our product quality. He or she ensures quick and proper preparation of croissants. We help our sandwich makers with extensive training, detailed guidelines and recipe cards.


    Requirements

    Prerequisites

    Experience: No prior work experience is required! The drive to learn and grow professionally is the most important factor

    Main Responsibilities

    • Builds croissants according to LC recipe cards
    • Maintains safety and sanitation rules in work areas
    • Keeps work equipment and the workplace clean
    • Follows food storage guidelines, ingredient labeling and the rotation principle (FIFO)
    • Informs the cook/food processor about priorities for cutting and preparing ingredients
    • Adheres to uniform and grooming rules determined by LC Chain Standards

  • Cashier

    The cashier is the face and mood-setter at our stores! He or she creates an environment of friendliness and warmth. The cashier knows how to make the best offers for guests, handles payments, and makes sure that all orders look great and are delivered to guests.
